This is a dedicated website for the UNIFY PLATFORM TOKEN (UPT) token sale.
Since purchases can only be made by referral, please be sure to enter the name of your referrer in the registration form of the contract.

Only those who have read and agreed to the UPT documents and the published white papers on this site will be able to purchase.

There are two types of contracts for purchase, so please refer to the "How to Purchase" section below carefully.

To purchase UPT, please read and agree to the UPT Sale Overview before applying.

1. There are two main types of purchases, depending on whether the source of funds is cryptocurrency or legal tender, your nationality, or the country in which you reside.

• If your nationality or primary residence is in the U.S., Japan, or other countries where cryptocurrencies are restricted as securities, please refer to "Purchasing in Fiat Currency".
• If you are buying UPT in cryptocurrency (USDT), please refer to the "Purchasing in Cryptocurrency" section.
• If you wish to purchase UPT in legal tender (US Dollar), please refer to "Purchasing in Fiat Currency".

2. Once you have completed and signed the contract, please upload the contract using the purchase application form below.

3. If there are no problems, we will sign and send back the contract to the e-mail address indicated on the purchase application form.

4. After confirming the mutually signed contract, please transfer the funds to the wallet address or bank account provided in our e-mail.

5. After we confirm the transfer, we will send you an email confirming the completion of your purchase.
*For those purchasing in fiat currency, we will send the signed contract for token distribution back via email after confirming the bank transfer.

This completes the UPT purchase procedure.
Please wait until the smart contract is executed on the 15th of the month following the completion of the procedure.

If you are purchasing with cryptocurrency, please download the token sales contract, fill in the required information in the gray input fields, and upload it through the purchase application form.

If there is no problem with the information you provide, we will send the signed contract to the email address you specify. After confirming the signed contract, please proceed with the transfer to the wallet address we designate.

Only US Dollar is available for purchase in fiat currency.
Currently, there are some countries, including the United States, where restrictions are placed on the purchase of cryptocurrencies.
Therefore, if you wish to purchase UPT in fiat currency, please sign the partnership agreements with UNIFY SG PTE.LTD. for advertising and deposit the payment into the designated account.
Next, you will sign a contract with us for the distribution of UPT which includes promoting UPT, and we will distribute UPT as a reward for your work.

There are 2 contract agreements. Please download each agreement, fill in the gray fields, and upload it from the purchase application form.

If there is no problem with the information you provide, we will send the signed contract to the email address you specify. After confirming the signed contract, please proceed with the transfer to the bank account we designate.
